Meg & Heath’s love story began behind the bar at Vikings Club Erindale and yep, they met at work! Meg was the one to train Heath on his first shift, not knowing that a casual day on the job would be the start of something truly special. They also went to the same uni, so it was only a matter of time before the sparks turned into something more.
Fast forward 7 years, and Heath proposed to Meg on their anniversary at the top of Legoland, a scenic rock formation/lookout in Namadgi National Park near Canberra. With wide open skies and nature all around, he popped the question in a place that’s now etched into their story forever. Naturally, they chose to get married on their 9-year anniversary and it couldn’t have been more perfect.
Their wedding day was held at the incredible Petrichor Farm in Gundaroo, just outside Canberra along Haskins Way in NSW. With its rolling paddocks, rustic-chic vibes and elegant charm, it was the perfect backdrop for a celebration full of love. Their ceremony took place under the stunning Elm Tree, a magical setting that felt intimate, natural and oh-so-them.
From the emotional vows under the Elm Tree to the golden hour portraits that had all the magic, capturing this day was a complete joy. The celebrations that followed were full of joy-filled moments, the clinking glasses, happy tears and dance floor moves that were chef’s kiss perfect.
