Jade & Elijah’s Foxlow Station wedding in Primrose Valley NSW was a heartfelt celebration of young love, deep roots, and a story that has been unfolding for years. Set among the rolling green landscape and charm of Foxlow Station on Captains Flat Road, their day felt warm, relaxed and incredibly meaningful.
Jade and Elijah’s story began long before wedding planning was even a thought. They first met back in 2016 when they were just 14 years old. Elijah had moved to Canberra from Cootamundra to begin full-time training in the same course Jade was already part of. Before the school year even started, the two crossed paths during a summer workshop, and from that moment, their lives slowly intertwined. What began as teenage friendship grew into something far deeper as they navigated growing up, training and life side by side.
Fast forward to their wedding day, and it felt incredibly full circle. Choosing Foxlow Station as their venue was the perfect reflection of who they are. The open landscape, rustic buildings and peaceful valley created a stunning backdrop for a day focused on love, laughter and togetherness.
One of the things I loved most about Jade and Elijah is how naturally they complement each other. They’re playful, calm and quietly competitive especially when it comes to one very important topic: who’s the better cook. That friendly rivalry brought plenty of laughs throughout the day and perfectly captured their dynamic as a couple.
Their wedding wasn’t about extravagance or show. It was about celebrating their journey, honouring the people who have supported them since they were teenagers and stepping confidently into this next chapter together. From the emotional moments to the relaxed joy shared with family and friends, every part of the day felt authentic and true to them.
Jade & Elijah’s wedding at the Foxlow Station was a beautiful reminder that the strongest love stories are often the ones that grow slowly over time. Capturing their day was such an honour and a perfect example of why I love what I do, capturing fun and authentic images of beautiful love stories.
