I am beyond thrilled to share my recent Fresh 48 Newborn Photography session at North Canberra Hospital with you! This session marked a special milestone in my career, as it was my very first Fresh 48 session ever – so bub was less than 48 hours old. And let me tell you, it was a precious experience!
Just imagine, she was just two days old when I had the privilege of capturing these precious moments for super proud (but tired) parents Hayley and Shaun.
The hospital room had a cozy ambiance, but the lighting… well, let’s just say it was a bit on the dim side. But you know what? That didn’t stop us from creating some beautiful images. With a little creativity and some skillful maneuvering, I was able to use the natural light we had available be the window.
As we started the session, Hayley and Shaun’s eyes were filled with love and adoration for their little bundle of joy. Their love was palpable and contagious, making it effortless to capture the genuine emotions and connections between this beautiful family.
Despite the challenging lighting conditions, the photos turned out to be nothing short of breathtaking. Each image radiates the warmth and tenderness that filled the room that day. These photos truly encapsulate the beauty of this milestone in their lives—a love-filled reminder of the magical beginnings.
